- Ulternative Asset Management is an asset manager creating new value.
There are many long only based managers in Korea, but there are no investment advisory managers specializing in stock Block-Deal and real estate Block-Deal.
As we pioneered the block deal market, the most important realization was that when we pioneer a new path rather than everyone else's, the market comes with surprising returns. As a result, we decided to maximize the virtuous cycle of real estate block deal and sales management, not just stock block deal advice.
Alternative Investment Advisory Asset Management intends to pioneer the market with a new business method and structure in other business areas, such as OTC stocks and real estate block deals, based on the block deal that we have succeeded in. We will form a team of experts in each field to find a new path and prove that the few choices were correct with a competitive solution.
